The prestigious ceremony, held at the Kia Oval in London, brought together nearly 300 Aura members, award nominees, agency sponsors, and industry leaders to celebrate excellence in research and insight.
As one of the most respected honours in the UK research industry, the Auras celebrate "the best of the best" in client-side insight across 16 categories. With this milestone win, Stagecoach proudly sits as a winner alongside other brands including M&S, BT Group, Samsung, E.ON, and Next.
The ROI Award specifically highlights a research project or initiative that has demonstrated a significant commercial return on its initial investment. Stagecoach’s strategic evaluation of its trial achieved this feat, proving that data-driven customer insights can directly unlock significant commercial value.
