Stagecoach Merseyside Secures Accredited Status in Liverpool City Region Fair Employment Charter

The achievement marks a significant step forward from the company’s previous Aspiring Level recognition in 2025 and reflects Stagecoach’s continued commitment to delivering fair pay, secure work, employee wellbeing and an inclusive workplace culture across its Merseyside operations.

The Liverpool City Region Fair Employment Charter, established by the Metro Mayor, recognises employers who demonstrate excellence across four core principles:

• Safe, healthy and supportive workplaces
• Fair pay and fair hours
• Inclusive cultures with opportunities for development
• A strong employee voice and meaningful engagement

Stagecoach Merseyside has demonstrated sustained improvement across all four areas, supported by new initiatives in wellbeing, training, employee representation and career progression.
